Communion

“This do, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me.”
1 Corinthians 11:25

 

Jesus knew 3 Absolute Truths that would occur after His departure:

1 He knew disease and sickness would still be present in the earth.
1 He knew the sin factor was still a challenge in our imperfect state.
1 He knew they needed something tangible to remind them of what he did on the Cross at Calvary: The defeat of sin, sickness and the grave.
